Delete your SwingersPlayLive account

You can delete your SwingersPlayLive account and its data at any time — in the SwingersPlayLive Android and iPhone apps, on the website, or by e-mail without logging in.

Last updated October 2026 · Operated by THE BOILING ROOM SRL

Delete it yourself, in the app or on the website

  1. Log in to SwingersPlayLive.
  2. Open Account → Settings and go to the Delete account section.
  3. Type DELETE, enter your password if your account has one, and confirm. You are logged out and your account is deleted straight away.

Forgot your password? Reset it, or ask for a login link by e-mail. An account that logs in with e-mailed links has no password to type.

If your membership renews automatically, switch off automatic renewal first (Account → Membership). Your account can be deleted once no renewal is scheduled.

A membership paid through Google Play in our Android app does not need this: you can delete your account straight away, and the deletion also asks Google Play to stop its automatic renewal. To stop it at once yourself, open the Play Store app: profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

A membership paid through the App Store in our iPhone app does not stop the deletion either, but only you can stop its automatic renewal: we cannot do it for you, and deleting your account does not do it. To stop it, on your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Without logging in

Send an e-mail to contact@swingersplaylive.com from the address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm your request by e-mail and delete the account within 30 days. We only act on requests from the account’s own address, so that nobody else can delete your account.

A profile from the SwingersPlay network that you never claimed here can be removed without an account too: use the link in any e-mail from us, or write to us (see the privacy policy).

What is deleted

  • Your account: e-mail address, password, settings and the consents you gave.
  • Your profile, its texts and all your photos, including the stored image files.
  • Your conversations and the messages in them (they disappear for the other member too).
  • Your favorites, blocks, profile views, private-photo permissions and travel plans.
  • What you did on the membership page (opened it, picked a plan, started a payment).
  • Your login sessions, pending e-mail links and e-mails waiting to be sent to you.
  • The phones registered for notifications in our iPhone app.
  • Unclaimed SwingersPlay network profiles under your confirmed e-mail address (every spelling of it). They are not imported again.
  • Your e-mail address on clubs or places you suggested (the venue facts stay) and on reports you made (the reports stay).

What we keep, and for how long

  • Anything under an open review. If something in your profile (for example a photo, your profile text or a message you sent) is part of a review that is still open, the law lets us keep it until the review is finished (GDPR Art. 17(3)). We still take your request: your profile is hidden at once, you are logged out, and your account is deleted automatically as soon as the review allows.
  • Material we must report to the authorities (apparent child sexual abuse material): preserved in restricted storage for at least 366 days, as the law requires.
  • Records an authority lawfully asked us to preserve: for the preservation period (90 days, extendable), then deleted.
  • Photos our moderation rejected or removed are normally kept up to 183 days after the decision; when you delete your account they are deleted with it, unless they are under an open review. We keep a fingerprint (not the image) of photos removed for breaking our rules, so they cannot be uploaded again.
  • Records of reports and moderation decisions (without your e-mail address): as long as needed to handle complaints, legal claims and our legal obligations.
  • Payment records received from our payment provider, from Google Play or from the App Store (no names, e-mail addresses or card details): as long as Romanian accounting and tax law requires.
  • A keyed hash of your e-mail address (a code from which the address cannot be read back), so that signing up again cannot retire another network profile (see the privacy policy), and the number of an erased network profile, so that it is never imported again. If e-mails to your address bounced or were reported as spam, the address stays on our do-not-e-mail list so that we never write to it again.
  • Short-lived security records: anti-abuse counters (no e-mail address) expire within 2 days.
  • Backups: our database host keeps short-term backups for recovery; deleted data disappears from them as they roll over.
  • Statistics: we count how many accounts are deleted each day — a number, nothing about you. Reports our administrators received earlier (they name no one) are not changed.
