Child Safety Standards

SwingersPlayLive is for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), on our website and in our Android app.

Last updated October 2026 · Operated by THE BOILING ROOM SRL

Our standard

SwingersPlayLive is operated by THE BOILING ROOM SRL. Only adults aged 18 or over may use it. These standards apply to everything on SwingersPlayLive — usernames, profiles, photos, messages, travel notes and club submissions — on swingersplaylive.com and in the SwingersPlayLive app on Google Play. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, animated or computer-generated images;
  • anything that sexualises minors, including role-play, age-play and wording that suggests someone is under 18 (for example “teen”, “schoolgirl” or a stated age under 18);
  • grooming: contacting or befriending a minor in order to abuse or exploit them;
  • sextortion: threatening to share intimate images to obtain more images, money or anything else from someone;
  • trafficking of minors, or any form of commercial sexual exploitation of children;
  • adults seeking or offering sexual access to children, or sharing information that helps others to do so;
  • anyone under 18 using SwingersPlayLive.

How we prevent it

  • Adults only. Everyone who joins gives their date of birth, and nobody under 18 can create an account. When a profile is created we ask again for the birth month and year of the account holder and, for couples, of the partner; both must be adults. Profiles from our network of sites were brought over only for adults, and whoever takes one over confirms that they are 18 or older.
  • Every photo is checked before anyone else sees it. New uploads go through automated image analysis that looks for signs that someone may be under 18 and for other child-safety risks. A photo in which anyone appears to be under 18 is rejected, and if we cannot be confident that everyone is clearly an adult, revealing photos are rejected too. Nothing is published when the checks cannot run, and any photo with a sign of nudity is rejected and never published. Photos brought over from our network of sites were each reviewed by a person. Images we removed are blocked from being uploaded again, and we check for known CSAM where such a check is available to us.
  • Text filters. Usernames, profile texts, messages, travel notes and club submissions are screened automatically for references to minors (for example “teen”, “schoolgirl”, age-play terms or a stated age under 18). Usernames with such references are refused; other texts are refused or held until a person has reviewed them.
  • No public photos. Visitors who are not logged in never see members’ photos.

How to report

  • In the app and on the website: every profile and every message you receive has a Report link. Choose “Child sexual abuse or exploitation / someone under 18”.
  • Without an account: use our report form. For this reason you do not need to give any contact details (we then cannot tell you the outcome).
  • By e-mail: write to contact@swingersplaylive.com with the link to the profile, photo or page and what you saw.

Please do not send us copies of abusive images of children — send the link only. If a child is in immediate danger, call 112 (EU) or 911 (US) first. You can also report child sexual abuse material directly to NCMEC’s CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) or to a national hotline of the INHOPE network (inhope.org).

What we do

  • Reported photos are removed immediately; reported profiles and messages are hidden immediately while we review the report. A trained person reviews every such report within 24 hours (our target).
  • Accounts involved in child sexual abuse or exploitation are suspended. When we confirm that a member is under 18, we take the profile off the site and delete the account.
  • Apparent child sexual abuse material is removed from the service, blocked from being uploaded again and preserved as evidence in restricted storage for at least 366 days, as US law requires (18 U.S.C. 2258A(h)).
  • We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, as required of US providers by 18 U.S.C. 2258A, and to the competent authorities in Romania and the European Union — the Romanian Police and the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT).
  • We cooperate with law enforcement and answer lawful requests for information and preservation (see our law-enforcement page).

Compliance with the law

We comply with the child safety laws that apply to us, including the EU Directive on combating the sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of children (2011/93/EU), the EU Digital Services Act, Romanian criminal law and US federal law (18 U.S.C. 2258A). See also our content & community policy and our anti-trafficking policy.
