How to contact us

Send requests from an official e-mail address to contact@swingersplaylive.com (our single point of contact for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act, Art. 11; we correspond in English). For content that is illegal or dangerous, you may also use contact@swingersplaylive.com. Please include the requesting authority, a case reference, the legal basis, the specific account(s) (username or profile URL) and the data or action requested.

Emergencies

If there is an imminent risk of death or serious physical injury, mark your request “EMERGENCY” and describe the danger. We review emergency requests with priority and may disclose information voluntarily where the law allows (for example 18 U.S.C. 2702(b)(8) and (c)(4) in the US).

Legal process

  • United States: we disclose account information in response to valid legal process under the Stored Communications Act (18 U.S.C. 2701 et seq.) — a subpoena for basic subscriber information, a court order under 2703(d) for other non-content records, and a search warrant for the content of communications.
  • European Union: we respond to European Production and Preservation Orders under Regulation (EU) 2023/1543 (applicable from 18 August 2026), and to orders under Articles 9 and 10 of the Digital Services Act. Other requests should be sent through mutual legal assistance channels where required.
  • Preservation: we preserve specified records for 90 days on receipt of a valid preservation request (for example 18 U.S.C. 2703(f)), extendable once on request, pending formal legal process.

What data we may hold

Depending on the account: e-mail address, username, profile information, dates of registration and login, membership status, messages, photos, verification status (not identity documents), and moderation records. We do not store raw IP addresses in our application database. Card data is held by our payment provider, not by us.

User notice

We may notify affected members of requests for their data unless we are legally prohibited from doing so, or notice would create a risk of harm (for example in child-safety or emergency cases).

Child safety

We report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC’s CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. 2258A and preserve the reported material for at least one year. Agencies seeking information connected to a CyberTipline report should reference the report number. See also our anti-trafficking policy.
