SwingersPlayLive

Content & community policy

SwingersPlayLive is for consenting adults to meet other consenting adults. These rules keep members safe and keep the site legal in the United States, the European Union and the other countries our members live in.

Last updated October 2026 · Operated by THE BOILING ROOM SRL

The short version

  • Adults only. Everyone on SwingersPlayLive — and everyone in every photo — must be 18 or older. Anything that involves, depicts, suggests or sexualizes minors is removed and reported.
  • Consent, always. No content about sex without consent, no hidden-camera or leaked images, no photos of other people without their permission.
  • No paid sex. SwingersPlayLive is not an escort or sugar-dating site. No selling, buying or advertising of sexual services, “donations”, “roses” or pay-per-meet arrangements.
  • Respect. No harassment, threats, hate speech, scams or spam.
  • When in doubt, it is not published. Photos and profile texts are checked before anyone else can see them.

Prohibited content and behaviour

Minors and child safety

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for anything that sexualizes minors, including role-play, costumes or language that suggests someone is under 18 (for example “teen”, “schoolgirl”, age-play themes or stated ages under 18). Accounts involved are suspended, the material is preserved as the law requires and, where we find apparent child sexual abuse material, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required of US providers by 18 U.S.C. 2258A, and cooperate with law enforcement worldwide.

Non-consensual content

No intimate images shared without the consent of everyone shown (“revenge porn”), no hidden-camera, up-skirt or similar content, and no content about sexual activity with anyone who is asleep, unconscious, intoxicated or otherwise unable to consent. If an image of you was posted without your consent, report the photo itself, with the “Report photo” link under it or by giving its own address in the report form; the photo is removed as soon as you report it, without waiting for a review.

Commercial sex and exploitation

Offering, requesting or advertising sex in exchange for money or anything of value is prohibited, as is anything that promotes or facilitates prostitution or human trafficking (see our anti-trafficking policy). This includes escort ads, rates or prices, “donations”, “generosity”, sugar arrangements, and links to paid content sites. We comply with US federal law on this subject, including the 2018 FOSTA-SESTA amendments (18 U.S.C. 2421A).

Other illegal or harmful content

  • Bestiality, incest themes, and sexual violence.
  • Threats, stalking, blackmail (“sextortion”), doxxing or harassment, including after a member has asked you to stop.
  • Hate speech and hate symbols; content that promotes violence or terrorism.
  • Selling or offering illegal drugs, weapons or other illegal goods.
  • Impersonation, fake profiles, stolen photos, romance or money scams, spam and advertising.
  • Content that infringes someone else’s copyright or other rights.
  • Anything else that is illegal where you live or in the United States or the European Union.

Photo rules

In the app: no nudity and no sexual or explicit photos or text are shown; such content is hidden.

Photos are never shown on public pages or to search engines. They are visible only to logged-in members, with three visibility levels you choose per photo:

VisibilityWho can see itWhat is allowed
All logged-in membersAny logged-in memberSafe-for-work photos only: no nudity, no lingerie-style or very revealing photos.
Verified membersMembers who completed age verification and have PremiumLingerie-style photos are allowed. No nudity of any kind.
PrivateOnly you, until private sharing is availableSame rules as “Verified members”.

Never allowed, at any visibility:

  • nudity of any kind, including topless or partial nudity (ID verification does not change this);
  • anyone under 18, or anyone who could reasonably appear to be under 18 in a revealing photo;
  • sexual activity or visible genitals;
  • people who have not agreed to be shown — when you upload, you confirm that you appear in the photo or that everyone shown is an adult who agreed to it;
  • contact details, prices, web addresses, social-media handles or QR codes in the image;
  • violence, blood, weapons, drugs or hate symbols.

We automatically remove location data and other hidden information (EXIF metadata) from every photo. You can have up to 12 photos.

How moderation works

  1. Before anyone sees it. New photos and profile texts are hidden until they are approved. Photos are decided by automated image-analysis tools alone (including checks for known child sexual abuse material where available): a photo that passes every rule is published, and a photo that breaks a rule or shows any sign of nudity is rejected and never shown. No person reviews new photos before publication. If a check cannot run, the photo stays hidden and is checked again later; nothing is approved by default.
  2. Text checks. Usernames, profiles and messages are screened automatically for the prohibited content above (for example references to minors, commercial sex, threats or contact details in usernames). Messages that may break the rules can be held for review before delivery. The profile text of a member who is listed publicly appears on public pages only if it was approved and contains no explicit words and no contact details; otherwise only logged-in members can read it.
  3. Reports. Anyone can report content. A photo reported as showing someone under 18, as posted without the consent of the person in it, or for nudity or sexual content is removed at once, without waiting for a review; reports about someone under 18 are still checked by a trained person. This applies when you report the photo itself (with the “Report photo” link under it, or its own address). Reports of minors, non-consensual content, trafficking or other illegal content hide other content immediately while we review it; our target is to review these within 24 hours and other reports within 72 hours. Club and naturist-place listings are never taken down on a single report: they stay up until a person has checked it, or until several signed-in members have reported the same listing. We tell the person who reported what we decided and, except for reports about photos, how to ask us to look again. When you report a private message you received, the sender is not told about your report. For the most serious reasons the message is hidden from you at once while we review it. If we remove it, the sender is told which rule it broke, not who reported it, but because only you received it, they may be able to guess.
  4. Decisions. When we remove or restrict your content or account, we tell you what was affected, which rule it broke, whether the decision was automated, and how to appeal (for photos: that you can go to court, because photo decisions cannot be appealed). There are two exceptions. A private message hidden while a report about it is reviewed: its sender hears from us only if we remove it. A photo removed after a report about someone under 18: we do not say which rule applied, so that nothing interferes with our child-safety review.
  5. Repeat or severe violations lead to account suspension. Removed images are blocked from being uploaded again. An image that matches a photo hidden during a review is not published until that review is finished.

Appeals

Decisions about photos are final and cannot be appealed: our automated checks decide before a photo is published, and a photo removed after a report stays removed. If you think a photo decision is wrong, you can upload a different photo or go to court.

For any other decision, if you think we made a mistake, you can appeal for 183 days after the decision. Appeals are reviewed by a person, free of charge.

  • Your profile, profile text, messages or account: write to contact@swingersplaylive.com from the e-mail address of your account, quoting the reference in our message.

We will tell you the outcome. If you are in the European Union you may also contact a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body (Digital Services Act, Art. 21) or go to court; these options do not depend on using our appeal first.

Reporting and law enforcement

Report illegal content with our report form or by e-mail to contact@swingersplaylive.com. Authorities should read our law-enforcement page. If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the US, 112 in the EU).
